We’ve been working with industry experts and users from all sectors, both in terms of design and content, to make your ucas.com experience even better.

It will still contain a secure providers’ section, plus everything our customers need, in a more streamlined, easier-to-use format:

  • key alerts as soon as you land on the site
  • targeted information across all schemes – further education (after GCSEs), undergraduate, conservatoires, teacher training and postgraduate
  • new events section – including open days and taster days
  • a 'not sure' guide to help students understand what to expect from attending a course and which application to complete
  • a new section for videos, blogs and web chats
  • new site search
  • quick and simple navigation
  • clear and easy-to-read content

As we’re changing the structure of the site, some URLs and page locations will move. We’ll redirect key pages to the new site, but if you link to our site from your website, you will need to update your links. However, our homepage URL – www.ucas.com – will stay the same.

The site is mobile-optimised and has been developed to work in IE9 and above – if you are using IE8 please choose an alternative browser to view the site, such as Chrome or Firefox.

Please take a look at our preview site before we launch next Thursday – we hope you like it.
