We would like to introduce Fatuma Mahad (formerly Director of Corporate Services at UCAS) who started on Monday 1 September 2014 as the Director of Operations taking over from Philip Blaker. Fatuma has been shadowing Philip over the last few weeks, including the crucial Confirmation and Clearing period.
