We are making the responses available to HEPs via web-link and xml-link. The xml-link functionality is now in our HEP1 test environment. You can request test data through ServiceNow or by contacting the Customer Success Team at hep_team@ucas.ac.uk.
An updated technical briefing document is available on UCAS.com. Please note this is version two of the document and contains some small changes to the technical specification.
