The NCTL launched a new campaign Get into Teaching, to attract graduates and career changers into teaching last week. At the heart of this is:
- an interactive video with a mystery guest star(!); promoted digitally through advertising and social media
- campaign messaging that reflects both the ‘hard’ personal benefits of choosing a career in teaching (salary, career progression etc.) and the ‘softer’ aspects of the career – shaping the lives of young people
- a revamped website, press advertising and other online promotion
