New widening participation questions and enhanced activities in preparation for HE.
The new fields in xml-link were deployed to our live production services, in preparation for the 2023 cycle. Data will be populated when we make applications available to you on 6 September. Please contact your own development teams or student record system vendor to find out how to enable your systems to receive this data. Please note it is *not* available via our odbc-link service.
Web-link was also prepared to enable you to see the Widening Participation data collected from applicants in the 2023 cycle.
Technical details regarding these changes can be found on UCAS.com. We are in the process of updating link product manuals to reflect the changes and we’ll let you know when they are available.

In response to feedback from users, we have moved the ‘Reset timestamp’ button in web-link. It is on the applicant record but has been moved to where it is less likely to be triggered by accident. We hope you find this useful.
