Your first daily downloads are now available via MOVEit. Between now and 20 October, you’ll receive two CSV files with the titles below (XXX is your provider code):
- XXX_MEM2020 – containing MEM2020 data for applicants who have applied to you.
- MEM2020_PID_LOOKUP_FINAL – a look-up file to find the MEM2020 group of any applicant you contacted during Clearing. To comply with GDPR the data is anonymised, meaning you need to ask applicants for their PID to access and attribute their MEM2020 record.
We encourage you to download and use these files to inform your contextual admissions practices throughout Confirmation and Clearing. Take a look at our webinar for guidance on how to do this,.
Please note, due to data integrity and consistency issues, we are no longer able to incorporate school performance based on attainment measures into MEM2020.
For security purposes, MOVEit passwords expire every 90 days. If you don’t have a user account, would like one set up, or need to reset your password please raise a ticket through our ServiceNow portal or contact our HEP Team. You can find more support on our Systems and service guides web page.
It’s not too late to sign up!
You can still sign up for MEM2020 to access unique insights into applicants’ circumstances, enabling you to make contextual offers and decisions this summer. MEM2020 incorporates:
- free school meals eligibility at age 15
- where applicants live, using POLAR4 data
- income deprivation affecting children index (IDACI)
- school type
As always, we’d love to hear how MEM2020 is helping you – please contact your relationship manager with any questions or feedback.
