HEP2 test environment unavailable 27 – 29 January
The HEP2 test environment will be unavailable from 08:00 on Wednesday 27 January until 18:00 on Friday 29 January, while we deploy system and security patches and previous changes which have been deployed to other environments.
System outages 29 – 31 January
We will be carrying out maintenance activity from 18:00 on Friday 29 January until 23:59 on Sunday 31 January. During this time we’ll be deploying security updates, which will result in the following services being unavailable:
- Course Collect (you will be unable to amend your course information)
- Application and Decision Tracker (you will be unable to access the service)
- link products
- xml-link
- odbc-link
- web-link for applicant and institution data
You will be unable to make real-time updates to your applicant data or send and receive updates from us.
The following services will be unavailable to applicants:
- Apply
- Track
- search tool
Applicants will be unable to work on or submit their applications during this time.
