This reduces confusion, as applicant records are suspended for updates in Track while we process SQA results, and ensures stability ahead of Confirmation and Clearing.
Reply swaps
If applicants outside of their 14 day window wish to swap their replies, we will need permission from each provider involved by 18:00 on 28 July 2017 to make the requested changes.
Amended decisions
28 July 2017 is the last date to make an amended decision if the applicant has not yet replied. If you have difficulties in making an amended decision, please contact the HEP Team on 0344 984 1111 by 18:00 on 28 July.
If we do not receive requests before the deadlines given above, the relevant Confirmation decisions should be made at the firm and insurance choices, dependent on whether the applicant has met their conditions. If the applicant no longer wishes to take up their place, they need to discuss the possibility of applying elsewhere in Clearing with the provider.
