Key timings on A level results day

In case you get any queries from applicants on A level results day, or have any questions yourself, here’s a reminder of the key timings:

  • 06:00 – the JCQ results embargo is lifted.
  • 06:00 – our social media team is available to answer questions about applications.
  • 06:30 – HEP Team phone lines open.
  • 07:00 – Data Collection Team phone lines open.
  • 07:30 – Customer Experience Centre opens for applicants.
  • 08:00 – UCAS Undergraduate Track is available.
  • 09:00 – Adjustment opens and runs until 31 August.
  • 11:00 – direct contact service for applicants opens.
  • 15:00 – eligible applicants can add a Clearing choice in Track.
  • 19:00 – Customer Experience Centre closes.
  • 19:00 – the HEP Team and Data Collection Team phone lines close.
