Keeping up-to-date through our communications

Here's a reminder of the emails we send to providers.

We’d like to remind you of the different emails we send to providers, to keep you up-to-date.

  • Developments of our services – sent every Monday to primary correspondents (and those who have signed up to it).
  • Weekly bulletin – sent every Wednesday, to primary and UCAS correspondents.
  • Subject-specific emails (actions you need to take and event reminders) – sent to primary, and UCAS correspondents.
  • Incident emails – part of our incident management process, sent to primary and UCAS correspondents.

All these are sent from our generic email account – providers@email.ucas.com. If you haven’t received any bulletins from us, please check your spam or clutter folders – contact your IT team to make sure our email account is included in your safe email addresses.
