We wanted to make sure you’re aware you can now bulk copy UCAS Undergraduate and UCAS Conservatoires courses for a new intake. This replaces our rollover process, including the ability to update specific start dates for the next year.
Assigning HECoS codes
We have now recorded two new HECoS-themed webinars, including:
- how to assign HECoS codes in the collection tool
- a joint webinar with HESA, to explain why HECoS codes have been introduced, and why they’re important
Important: You’ll need to assign HECoS codes to your 2019 courses before UCAS Undergraduate Apply opens in May. This is a mandatory field you’ll have to complete before you can publish a course. For more information, visit our HECoS web page.
