This week's webinar is now available
This week’s webinar runs through the work we’ve completed in preparation for the release of 2019 entry courses, and what you need to do to make sure your UCAS Undergraduate courses are ready to go live in the search tool on Tuesday 8 May.
Updates to our link product roadmap
Following our updated delivery milestones for the new UCAS Undergraduate and UCAS Conservatoires application management service (AMS), we’ve revised our link product roadmap.
Upcoming releases
- A fix which will allow courses we consider to be in the 2017 cycle to remain published in the search tool.
- A synonym of ‘osteopathy’ will be added to the search term ‘osteopath’, so relevant courses can be found using both terms.
- A message will be displayed in the search tool for courses in the 2019 cycle, informing students of the date they will be able to apply.
- Using the previous link on any look up qualifications page will not result in no qualifications being returned.
- If a profile is locked due to being marked as a duplicate, it’s currently unclear why. We’ll be implementing a fix so applicants will see the appropriate error message.
- Error messages will be improved for the ‘Place of Study’ mandatory fields.
- On the application management list for providers, the course location will correctly reflect the location of the course.
- A change of course notification is being sent when an application is reinstated – this is being fixed.
- Application history is giving details of updated sections when they haven’t been updated (i.e. pressing save with no changes on the section) – this is being fixed.
- Changes to additional information are sending course changed notifications – this is being fixed.
- We are adding pagination to the provider application list.
