Keep an eye out for next week’s webinar

In next week’s webinar, we’ll be running through the work we’ve completed in preparation for the release of 2019 entry courses, and what you need to do to make sure your courses are ready to go live in the search tool on Tuesday 8 May.

It will be a pre-recorded webinar, so there’s no need to register – the playback will be on the 'Development of our services' web page on Wednesday 2 May. Although it’s not live, you’ll still be able to submit questions and feedback using the feedback tabs.

Missed last week’s webinar? Don’t worry, we recorded it, and you can find a link on the 'Development of our services' web page.

Upcoming releases

  • Awarding body in the collection tool ‘Leeds College of Art’ will be changed to ‘Leeds Arts University’.
  • Ability to manage course profiles by academic year in the collection tool. This will allow each intake to have a specific course summary and awarding body, where required.
  • Ability to publish and open courses for the 2019 cycle in the collection tool. These will be published in the search tool for 2019 entry, which goes live on 8 May. There will be a message in the collection tool specifying the date courses will be displayed in the search tool.
  • The criminal convictions question will be removed from all UCAS Postgraduate applications, except where the ‘DBS/PVG required’ option is selected in the collection tool.
