On Wednesday 4 April, we demonstrated cycle-specific edits in the collection tool, to help you make sure your 2019 courses are ready, and ran through some of the latest updates to the search tool. Watch a playback.
Upcoming releases
- Courses will be grouped by provider in the default view of search results. Users will have the option to view results by provider, course, or located on a map.
- Applicants can now add a GCSE qualification to their application, using both a manual process and a lookup process.
- Applicants can now add a BTEC to their application using a manual process.
- Applicants can now add Scottish qualifications to their application using a manual process.
- You can now add a country of study to a place of study.
- We will now remove any documents that are no longer required for applications.
- We’ve fixed an issue where some updates weren’t appearing in the history of an application.
- Applicants can now upload documents using Safari version 9.1.
- We’ve introduced some spinners to show that a page is still loading on slow connections.
- The preview of an application now shows all application information.
- Intermittent issues that caused a personal statement preview to be blank are now fixed.
- Applicants can now update a non-UK address to a UK address, and are asked to complete the diversity and inclusion section.
- Reference data is now showing in a more user-friendly order, and we are passing both code and description for reference data items to our data sources.
- When changing a course, the current course no longer shows as an option in the selectable list.
- Providers cannot download documents from archived applications.
- Pcode now shows in the application list as a new column.
- Downloaded documents now conform to our set naming convention.
