We've posted a link to the recorded session on the Development of our services page

Latest releases

  • Bulk creation of postgraduate course options can now be done through the bulk management menu, allowing the creation of a new intake.

Upcoming releases

Here’s what we’ll be releasing in the coming weeks.

Search tool

  • The ‘Which location would you like to study in?’ filter will be updated to show location of study, rather than a provider’s main location.
  • Users will be able to select multiple regions in the location filter.
  • English language requirements will be shown on the course details page.
  • Ability to filter courses by qualification.
  • Synonyms will be added, to allow users to search by additional search terms, such as ‘PPE’ for ‘philosophy, politics, and economics’, and ‘pop’ for ‘popular’.
  • A vacancy status filter.

Collection tool

  • Newly requested outcome qualifications added to the drop-down list.
  • Updated awarding body reference data.
  • Statistics to be displayed in the collection tool, to show numbers of UCAS Postgraduate courses in each academic year (to aid with rollover tasks).
  • Ability to bulk create UCAS Undergraduate and UCAS Conservatoires course options for the next academic year (replaces UCAS’ rollover activity).
  • Setting 2019/20 cycle UCAS Undergraduate and UCAS Conservatoires course options to ‘Unpublished’.

The below releases to our application management service (AMS) will be in the test, training, and development environment this week:

  • Ability to upload and remove one passport and one visa to an application. These are not yet displayed on the provider AMS application view, but will be coming soon.
  • The first iteration of adding a qualification to an application from our new Ofqual reference data, including the ability to add a qualification using a QAN or QN code. This is a work in progress, and further developments will be coming soon.
  • Mandatory fields have been added to the agent and personal statement sections.
