To ensure your courses are included in our Undergraduate courses in Search and are available for when the 2023-24 application opens on 3 May 2022, you need to rollover your courses in the Collection Tool.
To help you do this we have updated the rollover guide. We encourage you to look at the Rollover Checklist on page 3 and to add reference to Higher Technical Qualifications in the Summary field where appropriate.
Our collection tool guide and data standards have also been updated and our Data Collection Team is on hand to support you through the process over the coming weeks.
Once you have rolled over your courses, please ensure you mark them as ‘published’ by Monday 18 April if you would like them to be advertised when Search goes live for the 2023 cycle. You should mark your courses as ‘open to application’, if appropriate.
