Andy has been with UCAS for three years, establishing the Technology Relationship Management Team that works with the sector’s IT community, including higher education providers and student record system vendors. Andy has been a driving force in the improvement of our customer experience and engagement with UCAS, so we hope you will join us in thanking him for his contribution to both UCAS and the sector.
Andy will be working with Fatuma Mahad (Director of Technology and Operations) to ensure a smooth handover of responsibilities, and we would like to assure you that there is no change in terms of the support you receive from your dedicated technology relationship manager. The team will continue to support you as we lead up to Confirmation and Clearing.
