Update on intermittent service issues

Further to our communications on Thursday 10 March, we can confirm the following services are no longer experiencing intermittent issues and are fully available:

  • Apply for applicants
  • Apply for advisers
  • Track
  • link products
  • Course Collect
A root cause analysis is currently underway and any next steps will be outlined in the April incident summary report. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
