Issue resolved: Intermittent availability of UKPASS for applicants

An intermittent issue that affected UKPASS for applicants has been resolved.

Earlier today, we experienced an intermittent issue that affected UKPASS for applicants, which meant applicants may have been unable to sign in to their applications. We can confirm that the issue has been resolved and the service is available again.
