Issue with Application and Decision Tracker

We are aware of some data inconsistencies with Application and Decision Tracker, resulting in some users being presented with incorrect information.

We are aware of some data inconsistencies with Application and Decision Tracker, resulting in some users being presented with incorrect information.

The issues identified are as follows:

  • the competitor groups are referring to the groups from 2015
  • the profile section, relating to your current cycle applicants is not summing correctly. This only affects those subscribing to level 3 of Application Tracker and level 2 of Decision Tracker.
We have identified fixes for both of these issues and will be carrying out the required maintenance from 00:01 on Wednesday 2 December until 23:59 on Thursday 3 December. During this time Application and Decision Tracker will be unavailable.
