Issue affecting course information in UKPASS

We are aware of an issue affecting the course information that is shown in UKPASS for applicants.

  • New courses you have created in the postgraduate collection tool since 1 November aren’t currently appearing, and applicants cannot apply for them.
  • Changes you have made to course details for existing courses since 1 November aren’t appearing, but the course is displayed for applicants to apply for.
The postgraduate search tool is displaying up-to-date courses and course information, and is unaffected by this issue.

We are working to fix this issue as quickly as possible, and will update you tomorrow, by email and on Yammer.
