The sessions will be particularly valuable for anyone new to the sector, or new to their role working with UCAS. The days will run from 10:30 until 15:00, and will include:
- an introduction to UCAS workshop
- an introduction to UCAS Media
- a tour of Rosehill
- call listening in our Customer Experience Centre
