Following consultation with the UCAS Technical Group, we will be undertaking planned maintenance of the HEP test environment(s) on the last working Friday of every month, beginning on 27 March 2015. This will allow us to ensure that all changes being released in our live production environment are reflected in the HEP test environment. The HEP test environment will be unavailable from 08:00 to 18:00 on the following dates in 2015:

- 29 May
- 26 June
- 31 July (emergency changes only will be deployed during any change freeze in place to safeguard systems during ABL/Confirmation & Clearing)
- 28 August
- 25 September
- 30 October
- 27 November
- 18 December
