Have you completed the provider satisfaction survey 2016?

Our annual HEP satisfaction survey is now open.

We want to understand your views on our approach to engaging and communicating with you, your experience of our products and services over the last year, and how we can better meet your needs.
 

The survey should take no longer than 15 minutes to complete, and the closing date is Friday 27 January 2017

We will carefully examine your feedback, and it will inform the development of our improvement plans. As in previous years, we will share the survey findings and outline our plans for improving satisfaction at our annual Admissions Conference in April 2017. All views will be treated in the strictest confidence, in accordance with the Market Research Society's Code of Conduct.
