If you still have Clearing text alert contacts to add, we’ll be doing another test send on Wednesday 25 July, so please make sure you add them before then.
How to add your Clearing contacts
- Sign in to the collection tool, and go to the ‘Provider management’ section.
- In ‘Provider management’, click ‘Clearing contacts’ on the left-hand side.
- Click ‘Add’ next to the contact type.
- Complete the required information.
- Click ‘Save’.
