If you’re interested in being considered, please forward an expression of interest, outlining your experience, what you can bring to the role, and your reasons for wishing to join the Group.
The Group represents the College HE sector and ideally nominees should have a broad perspective of College HE, together with operational oversight of HE admissions in college. We’re looking for individuals who are keen to participate and share their views on admissions decisions and practice that have implications across the sector.
The purpose of the Group is outlined below and you can view the Terms of Reference here.
The Group represents the voice of colleges delivering HE, acting as a channel of communication and consultation to:
- provide a mechanism for understanding the impact of changes implemented by UCAS, and external parties, on the college higher education sector
- reinforce the understanding within UCAS of the way in which changes have an effect on processes, procedures, and practices in colleges
- contribute significantly to the dialogue with UCAS to ensure the full impact of any change is articulated and assessed
- discuss, debate, and make recommendations to UCAS on wider policy and sector issues
