Unfortunately, during final testing, we have identified an issue that needs to be resolved in order for us to continue with the essential maintenance. We will therefore be restoring all systems at 12:00 (UK time) today, and our Contact Centre will open again at 08:00 (UK time) tomorrow, Friday 13 June.

Our technical and operational teams are currently determining the best date for us to reschedule the systems outage. As soon as we have evaluated all of the options, we will confirm the new dates for the maintenance, and whether we are able to launch UCAS Apply 2015 next week as originally planned.

We fully appreciate that this decision may cause you further inconvenience and we are very sorry if this has impacted on your plans. However, it is in the best interests of all our customers that the changes we make are fully effective, and that the ongoing transition of our systems to the Cloud delivers a reliable service when complete, particularly during Confirmation and Clearing.

We trust that you understand the need for us to be risk averse and thank you for your continued patience.

We will email you with our updated plans as soon as possible, and you can also refer to ucas.com and Yammer for the latest news in relation to this matter.
