Following advice from Microsoft we will be carrying out critical security patching activity this weekend. This activity is essential to protect our systems from potential security breaches.
During this outage we will also be implementing some capacity changes as a result of our dry run testing activity carried out in preparation for Confirmation and Clearing.
This security patching activity will result in the following systems and services being unavailable from 15:00 on Friday 24 July until 23:59 on Sunday 26 July:

During this time, you will be unable to make real-time updates to your applicant and institution data or send and receive updates from us. However, Course Collect will be available.
As a result of the patching activity and impact on internal services our HEP Team will also be unavailable from 15:00 on Friday 24 July. Normal service will resume from 08:30 on Monday 27 July.
Our search tool, Apply, and Track systems will aslo be unavailable to applicants during this time.
