If you have made a mistake, we can help but you need to act fast and it is your responsibility to take action to correct the issue and get the relevant permissions for unpicking.
During the embargo decisions can be unpicked via self-serve in Web-link.
Once the embargo lifts, or in cases where decisions cannot be unpicked via self-serve providers will need to follow the more manual process and email the Customer Success Team
Depending on the scenario, you will need permission from the applicant and if another provider is impacted permission from them as well.
When emailing CST please ensure you provide the following:
- Applicant name and Personal ID
- course code of the choice to be unpicked
- Confirmation that the applicant has agreed to the change? (not required if the error was made during embargo)
- Reason for unpicking
- Details of other provider impacted and the name of the person who agreed this change (if appropriate)
Please note we are unable to unpick:
- If the applicant has added a Clearing choice
- if the applicant has used the 'Decline my place' option - the applicant will need to add you as a Clearing choice
