Following a number of suspected embargo breaches, we would like to remind you that you are strictly prohibited from releasing results information and any related information during the embargo period.
This year’s results embargo started on Friday 7 August and officially ends at 06:00 tomorrow, Thursday 13 August. We request you wait until 08:00 to confirm applicants’ statuses, in line with the launch of Track.
The embargo includes any automated email campaigns and mailings sent out to applicants during the embargo period. Privileged access to early results data is critical to our admissions process, and it’s important that we work together to minimise the risk of any breaches during the embargo period, otherwise access may be withdrawn in the future.
- Please remind all colleagues that your university or college must uphold the results embargo. If your systems are not embargo ready, please email us immediately at sdt@ucas.ac.uk and we will suspend your access to results until you are ready.
- If you have, or suspect you have, breached the embargo agreement, please contact your Relationship Manager as soon as possible.
- UCAS Undergraduate Track will be unavailable to applicants from 18:00 on Wednesday 12 August until 08:00 on Thursday 13 August. Any updates made while Track is suspended will display at 08:00 on 13 August.
