Applicants are notified through Track that we have actioned the decline on their behalf, after which they have 14 days to phone us to change their replies, if they want to. After 14 days, applicants are asked to request permission from you to accept any offers they want.

The 24 June DBD ran successfully, declining 2,199 applications. In total, 4,974 choices were declined automatically because the applicant had not replied by their deadline.
