The DBD (Decline by Default) ran successfully this morning, Thursday 7 May, for applicants who received all their decisions by 31 March (except for those with a postal address outside the EU or those using Extra) declining 15,266 applications.
In total 38,782 choices were declined automatically because the applicant had not replied by their deadline. Applicants will be notified through Track that we have actioned the decline on their behalf after which they have seven days to call us to change replies if they want to.
After seven days applicants will be asked to request permission from you to accept any offers they want.
