The first rolling decline by default (DBD) ran on Monday 19 January. We sent text reminders to applicants who were due to DBD during this week and added a reminder to the Track login page.
The DBD will now run every day until the end of the application cycle in October. Applicants who have forgotten to reply may contact you to see if their place is still available.
- They have seven days to contact us to change their reply, so you might see offers declined and then accepted again by us.
- After seven days we advise applicants to contact you to find out if their place is still available. If it is, they can send their application to you in Apply 2.
