The date you want to receive applications from

If your training programme is set to Running and Published, you cannot change the vacancy status for 14 days from the date you set ‘Receive applications from’. If you select a date in the future, your training programmes will appear in the search tool and Apply, however applicants will not be able to submit their application to your training programme until this date has passed. When you have filled your vacancies after the 14 day period, follow the instructions below to change your vacancy status: 1. Sign in to web-link and select Access institution data 2. Click on Continue to Link Menu 3. Then Course and Institution data (Net.update) 4. Select a year from the drop-down and choose UCAS Teaching Training (formerly GTTR) 5. Then select Training programme details 6. Select Vacancies from the list 7. Amend the programme vacancies to show that the programme has either full-time vacancies, part-time vacancies, both full-time and part-time vacancies, or no vacancies.
