The 2023 cycle will close in the HEP1 test environment on Wednesday 4 October. Data for HESA statutory return will then be generated on Friday 6 October for any placed (UF) applications in the environment. This will include new data for this year’s return as detailed in the technical briefing document on UCAS.com. If you require test data for your XML-Link migration we will generate new 2024 data for you on request via our self-service portal.

The 2023 cycle will close in the HEP2 test environment on Thursday 12 October and HESA statutory return data will be generated on Friday 13 October. You will need placed (UF) applicants in this environment for HESA statutory return data to be generated.
