Criminal conviction declaration in Apply 2

When applicants add choices to their original Apply 1 application, they are asked to declare if they have any spent or unspent convictions, or other punishments that would show up in a criminal record check.

Training providers are advised that this is not the case when they add a choice in Apply 2. You should therefore make your own arrangements to check if the applicant has any spent or unspent convictions or other punishments that would show up in a criminal record check.
