On Monday 2 November we’ll start rolling over course information from the 2016 intake to the 2017 intake in Course Collect. In preparation for the rollover, please make sure, where appropriate, your 2015 courses are copied over to 2016, and your course information is up-to-date.

  • Only programmes with courses set as running or suspended, and with a published status in 2016, will be rolled into the 2017 intake.
  • Courses suspended for 2016 will be set to running for 2017 as part of the rollover process.

Please ensure you complete your rollover preparations by Friday 30 October.

During the rollover activity, Course Collect will be unavailable. You will not be able to access or make any changes to your course information from 08:00 on Monday 2 November until 08:00 on Tuesday 10 November.

Once the rollover is complete, 2015 data will no longer be visible in Course Collect. However, we’ll still be able to fulfil any report requests on 2015 course data.

If you have any questions or need support with this, please contact the Data Collection Team on 01242 544 864 or email coursecollect@ucas.ac.uk and we will be happy to help.
