Following our email on Friday advising you of an issue preventing the completion of the Course Collect rollover, we have carried out a full investigation and are proactively working with our third party supplier to identify a fix.

We will provide further information once a solution and implementation plan have been agreed for the next phase of the 2016 courses rollover. 

We are treating this issue as a priority and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
