ARC Network Ltd, in conjunction with Dr Anna Mountford-Zimdars of King’s College London, have been appointed by us to undertake an independent review of the SPA programme from 2012-2013 to date. The review is seeking to evaluate the effectiveness, impact and value for money of the SPA programme and examine the future demand for services beyond July 2015. The review, which is due to report in February, will make recommendations for future funding and delivery of services.
Your feedback is integral to the review and you have two opportunities to contribute:
- An online survey will soon be available for staff to share their views on the impact of SPA and the sector’s demand for services, followed by in-depth interviews with admissions managers from a sample of 20 universities and colleges across the UK.
- The review is being overseen by an independent steering group and a letter informing providers about the review has recently gone out from the chair of the group, Professor Rama Thirunamachandran, to all Vice Chancellors and UCAS correspondents.
