Contribute to the review of Supporting Professionalism in Admissions (SPA)

As mentioned in bulletin 301, we have commissioned an independent review of SPA, with the Aim Higher Research Consultancy (ARC) Network leading on this project.

The SPA programme supports universities and colleges to enhance good practice, excellence and professionalism in the recruitment and selection of students to higher education. As mentioned in bulletin 301, we have commissioned an independent review of SPA, with the Aim Higher Research Consultancy (ARC) Network leading on this project.

An online survey for HE providers has been launched today as part of the review – to gather views from a wide range of staff working across the full breadth of the HE sector, including universities, FE colleges, specialist providers and private universities. The survey is relevant, not only to those directly involved in admissions, but also colleagues in related roles (for example widening access), and for senior managers involved in setting the strategic direction of the institution. Feedback is welcomed from current or previous users of the SPA programme, as well as those without experience of working with SPA.

The survey is an opportunity for you to provide your comments and influence the future direction of the SPA programme. Please forward this link to colleagues and share your own views, it should take no longer than 20 minutes to complete and will close on Friday 19 December 2014.
