The Competition and Markets Authority consumer protection law advice

The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) has recently issued draft advice to higher education providers on consumer protection law for consultation. This has implications in terms of depth and timing of information provision, terms and conditions, and complaints handling. Numerous sector stakeholders are preparing their response and the consultation deadline is this Thursday, 18 December. We are in the process of preparing a response.
