If a choice is added in error, usually the student would need to contact you directly to request the choice is made unsuccessful (REJ) to be placed back in to Clearing. We will be making a temporary change to this process, allowing our Customer Contact Centre to update their application to place them back in to Clearing, removing the need for you to update.
We will introduce this process from Monday 1 August 2022 and will keep it in place throughout the duration of the Confirmation and Clearing period, until Tuesday 18 October 2022.
