All outstanding Clearing referrals will Reject by Default (RBD) after 18:00 on the 18 October, along with all outstanding confirmation decisions and applicants with ‘Stops’. Delayed Confirmation (DCF) decision facility also ends on Wednesday 18 October.
If you have asked an applicant to add you as a Clearing choice, please ensure your course is set as open and has vacancies.
If you have asked them to add you via the Course Code Application Only route, please ensure that the course is set up correctly in the Collection Tool.
Remember, these changes can take up to 2 hours to then show in the application.
If you have any applicants that have requested to be released into Clearing, please action it in a timely manner to allow them to add a choice elsewhere before the deadline.
