City and Guilds results processing completed and issue resolved

We have now completed our investigations, and rectified the issues experienced due to the duplicate grades in the results provided to us by City and Guilds.

We have worked with them to find a resolution and have now completed processing the results. The results will be available to you on Wednesday 17 August, once the materialised views have updated overnight tonight.

The results will be available through:

  • odbc-link and xml-link
  • web-link – from the 'Exam Results' screen for each applicant

You need to reimport the new results data and check any Confirmation decisions you have already made. This is because some of the grades may have changed and duplicate results have been removed.

Please ensure the reference data you hold for City and Guilds subject codes is up-to-date as additional subject codes will have been added. This is only applicable if you do not receive your results via web-link.
