Changing the vacancy status of your training programmes

Details of how to change the vacancy status of your training programmes.

For programmes set to receive applications from 28 October:

  • Today is your first opportunity to change the vacancy status to 'No Vacancies'
  • You can now set the publish status flag to 'No' to enable you to manage your interviews and decision making process. You may re-publish your programmes at any time by setting the publish status to 'Yes'

When you have filled all of your allocated places on a programme:

  • You must set the vacancy status to ‘No Vacancies’.
  • Do not change the programme status from ‘Running’ to ‘Suspended’ or ‘Discontinued’.
  • 'Offer' or 'Reject' decisions should be made on applications you have received prior to closing the training programmes, regardless of the outcome to the applicant.
