The long-planned restructure will help us become an even more customer-centric organisation that’s streamlined, efficient, agile, and responsive to all our customers’ needs.
Aaron Powell is our new Chief Digital and Data Officer, Sander Kristel is our new Chief Operations Officer, and Fiona Johnston has taken on the role of Executive Business Sponsor, Digital Transformation, leading our digital customer experience programme of work. Recruitment for our new Director of Sales and Marketing, covering both our charity and commercial marketing function, our events service, and UCAS Media, will start very shortly.
As a result, both Helen Thorne and David Best will be leaving us during the course of this year. Our huge thanks go to Helen and David for their significant contributions to UCAS and the sector as our Directors of External Relations, and Analysis and Insights, and we’re sure you’ll join us in wishing them well in their next steps. Whilst David leaves this week, Helen will be with us through the coming months.
