Changes to course provision during the cycle

Changes made to your courses can affect applicants' choices.

Posted Wed 19 July 2023

Any decisions to archive courses should be made as early as possible, and we strongly encourage they are made before applications can be submitted in September when the admissions cycle opens.

We understand that there may be situations where provision is withdrawn later in the cycle. Where this happens, the courses need to be unpublished and archived as quickly as possible. The Data Collection Team can support with any questions about this.

It’s then your responsibility to ensure applicants are informed as soon as possible that the course is no longer running, and you should support them in finding either an alternative course with you or a place elsewhere.

When making any significant changes to your course provision mid-cycle, please notify the Customer Success Team as soon as possible.
