David has taken a voluntary severance, in order to work closer to his home town of Leeds on a more regular basis. I hope you will join me in thanking David for his contribution to UCAS and the sector. Along with the Relationship Management Team and others, he has been a huge advocate for his customers, and at the forefront of improving customer experience.
In support of our efficiency agenda, we will not be replacing David directly. Louise Evans, our Head of Adviser Experience, will take a broader leadership role in customer experience for both HEPs and advisers. David’s current Relationship Management Team will report to Louise after his departure.
David will be joining us at the Admissions Conference, and so I hope you will have an opportunity to wish him well.
