The change freeze will begin at 00:01 on Saturday 1 July, and will last until 23:59 on Thursday 31 August. During this time, any changes to live production services will need to be approved by UCAS' Director of Technology and Operations, following a risk assessment.
During the change freeze, you should continue to raise issues and requests via the ServiceNow portal as normal. However, any changes that could impact the smooth running of our systems will be delayed until after Confirmation and Clearing. The exception to this will be the security patching of databases and systems, taking place from 14 – 16 July 2017.
