During the Confirmation and Clearing period, if a confirmed applicant (UF) contacts you to request that you cancel their place, please clarify if they want to completely withdraw from the UCAS Undergraduate scheme for this year, or if they mean they want to be released into Clearing. Please then update your systems using the appropriate procedure.
